Activity 2
Suggested times
25/30 min
Learning Outcome:
Students will be able to
identify key skills learned
while on work experience
Description
1) Students will refer to their own learning reflections recorded in the work
experience pack. These can be based on any activity students did during
their work experience. Using Document D (located on page 12 of this
resource), students will create a graphic to identify key skills they
developed during work experience. Explain to the students how to fill
it in.
The main bubble is ‘My Skills Profile’. There are another five bubbles with
three mini bubbles emerging from each. Each bubble represents one
skill (two have been filled in already as examples). Students reflect on
what they have learnt while on work experience. They should refer to
their activity pack and fill in extra skills and examples of how they
demonstrated those skills during their work experience.
