ROLE PLAY : BOOKING A TABLE IN A RESTAURANT
WORK SITUATION
Your team is abroad to meet current customers, and in addition you have met some very interesting new
potential clients with promising signs of future co-operation. One of them suggests that they should
meet your team over dinner. You are asked to make the dinner reservation. You are warned that the
restaurant staf may not speak very good English, so you decide to practice a few phrases before you ring
the restaurant. Practice the parts of the person in the restaurant and yourself.
