GREETING PEOPLE IN WORK SITUATIONS
WORK SITUATION
You are meeting a work contact visiting your
workplace who is from a country where they
speak the language you study. You all want to be
welcoming and make a good impression. Greet
the visitor in their own language and break the
ice. If you meet people from other countries in
work situations, just to be able to greet them in
their language is much appreciated and seen as a
nice way to start the relationship.
