Languages Connect fund Summer
Camps for heritage and lesser-taught
languages. There have been camps in
Mandarin Chinese, Italian, Japanese,
Lithuanian, Polish and Romanian. It’s a fun
and engaging way to connect with a culture
and language that you are interested in.
We introduced the Say Yes to
Languages Module into Primary
Schools in 2021. We are supporting
around 1,300 schools to introduce a
foreign language or Irish Sign Language
to their pupils. The younger you
start learning the language, the better.

Every year thousands of TY Students
celebrate #ThinkLanguages in their
languages and cultures through
a mix of fun workshops, talks,
competitions and games.
