Energy (continued)
The truism, "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he," is a
salient reminder that we bring about what we think about. Our
harvest—be it plentiful or minuscule, energizing or enervating,
joyful or woeful—is created by the sum of our thoughts and words.
When we truly do something because we want to, choose to, love
to, and desire to our energy expands accordingly and is sustained
consistently.
For it has been said that "If you do something out of duty, it will
deplete you, but if you do something out of love, it will energize
you."

Stillness — We each have a “calling” not a “shouting,” and to be
able to hear and answer that calling we need stillness and
silence. Not everyone else will understand your calling. It is seldom
revealed during a conference call.
“Be still and know that I am God” is a salient reminder to
take time each day to stop and be still so that we can identify and
harness for good “God’s gifts within.” If “silence is golden”—
and truer words were never penned—then “stillness will
embolden” us to hear and answer our calling. One of the best
ways to hear our calling and boldly and unapologetically "build our
life by design and not by default" * is to create space and time
each day to connect and nurture our divine nature by connecting
and observing the divine in nature.
The peace and solitude that accompanies these sacred moments is
priceless.
