It quicklybecame clear what parents needed mostwas self-care in the form of fellowship.All parents or caregivers are welcome tojoin the activities listed below:Now, a group of parents gather everyThursday for a casual, kid-friendly coffeetalk. Our group has expanded beyondPlymouth Church members and is acome-as-you-are, judgment-free zone.• On DMPS no-school days, we meetup at local parks.As interest in the group has grown, sohave opportunities for connection. Overthe summer, it became a rotating weeklyplayground date. On Des Moines PublicSchool (DMPS) no-school days, weoften meet at parks for kids of all ages.• Coffee Talk: Every Thursday from9:30-11 a.m. in Common Grounds.• Dinner Group: Second Monday eachmonth at 6 p.m. Location varies.Please RSVP if you plan to join us.Visit our group page on Church Center byscanning the QR code below.
