Our Relationship to Land
By Susan Pohl (she/her)
Most Iowans are aware of our agricultural heritage. Our land is
our promise, our destiny, and our responsibility. What is your
relationship to the land?
The Plymouth Creation Care & Justice committee is asking that
question. We urge you to explore your feelings, faith, and cares
regarding your relationship to the land. In that light, we have
compiled a list of resources to help you explore. We intend to
sponsor opportunities to discuss our relationship to the land in
the coming months.

compilation of Iowan’s reflections on the land, from the Drake
