ROBERT ARCARO (Captain/VAntonio )
Robert Arcaro is proud to be performing again with The Drilling Company. Past Drilling
Company appearances include Gonzalo in The Tempest, Duke of Venice in The Merchant of
Venice, Antonio in Much Ado About Nothing, Duncan in Macbeth and Brabantio in Othello.
Robert 昀椀rst worked with The Drilling Company in 1998 in an evening of short plays about
“Neighbors” and again in 2012 in an evening of plays about “Debt”. Mr. Arcaro is a Board of
Directors rind member of The Working Theater which is celebrating its 34th anniversary
season. He recently appeared in the Working Theater Off Broadway production of Currents
by Adam Kraar, a play commissioned by the company as part of its Five r d 4d/One City
Initiative. Robert has also appeared in productions with the Abingdon Theater, the Workshop
Theater and the Italian American Repertory Theater. On television, he has played roles on
Law and Order and Fringe and appeared in a feature 昀椀lm starring Gabriel Byrne written and
directed by Lee Wilkoff. Kudos to The Drilling Company for its accomplishments.

Hamilton Clancy is the founder and current artistic director of the award-winning Drilling
Company now in its 25th year. For Bryant Park Shakespeare: Othello, As You Like It, Twelfth
Night, Hamlet, MacBeth, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Measure for Measure, Two Gentlemen
of Verona. For Shakespeare in the Parking Lot: Julius Caesar, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Coriolanus, Cymbeline, Richard the Third, Henry the Sixth part three, Two Noble Kinsmen, The

Hindsight, El Viaje de Beatrice, WILD CHILDREN. With The Drilling Company has served as
director and concept artist for 21 new play projects, featuring the world premieres of over
350 new short plays. Works originally initiated in these projects have been recognized by the
Pulitzer Prize committee, the Heidemann Award, and New York Innovative Theatre Awards
and have been published by Smith& Krause and Dramatists Play Service among others. As
