We pride our selves in wanting to invest in thefuture and know how important it is to keep the construction industry full of brilliant tradesmen.So far this year we have had a couple of newapprentices join our #teamPhoenix family and there aremany more in the pipeline.In February we welcomed new Bricklayer ApprenticeBilly Williams to #teamphoenix, when he made a visit toHead Office to collect his equipment and try on his brandnew hard hat! He has now started College and wasexcited to be joining our team on Site at Throstle Rec.Billy is pictured here with Group Managing Director MalcHancock who was delighted to meet him and welcomehim to the team.We also welcomed ThomasGriffiths who is pictured withBrickwork Construction DirectorJamie Duerden.Thomas is excited to joinour team on Site at KirkbyLeisure centre. Phoenixare happy to have him onboard as he learns thetricks of the trade!We introduced our recently new Trainee Scaffolder JoeArrow to our BMH Scaffolding team. He has been workingwith our team for a couple of months now and will begin histraining as a Scaffolder later this year. Joe is currentlyworking alongside his brother Tom, they come from a largefamily of lads who have all worked for BMH Scaffolding overthe years. BMH Contracts Manager Giles Prickett says thatJoe is a valuable member of the team.#BUILDTHEFUTURE
