Phoenix were delighted to receive an email from Sir Robert McAlpine’s Project
Manager, James Beardmore, who was full of praise for our site team at
Mustard Wharf in Leeds.
Beardmore started the email by highlighting the
teams level of professionalism, always having a
‘can do’ attitude and how they were able to
maintain production levels throughout a
challenging period for the construction industry.
He continued by praising the health and safety
measures taken on a high-rise project with limited
space and also the impressive visual and
comprehensive details to the finished façade.
The email ended with Beardmore stating that he
would have no hesitation in working together
with Phoenix for future projects.
Congratulations to the entire team at Mustard
Wharf, and we look forward to working with
Sir Robert McAlpine again!
WORK UNDERWAY AT THROSTLE REC, LEEDS
Work has now commenced on a new
project in Leeds, this time at Throstle Rec
for valued client, Wates Group.
This project consists of 116 houses and
Extra Care building with completion
expected in 18-months, so this is definitely
one to keep an eye on over on our social
media pages.
As you can see, the first of five silos were
recently dropped off at the site.
Phoenix are keen to provide local employment for this exciting project,
and we welcome anyone that’s qualified.
