BIGGEST SFS
SCHEME TO
DATE!
Phoenix embarked on our biggest SFS
scheme in 2022 when successfully
securing the new Unite Student
Accommodation scheme in Nottingham
for new client RG Group. The circa
7000m2 Kingspan SFS and Cement
Particle works have been installed
faultlessly throughout the year with
nothing but positive feedback received
from the site team.
A big shout out to our Darren Ring &
team onsite for maintaining Phoenix's
high standards on Quality, Health &
Safety and programme progress. We are
looking forward to seeing the end
product in February 2023.
ON TO THE
NEXT…
Phoenix are pleased to partner with
Charles Henshaw & Sons Ltd to
deliver the façade package at the
new Sheffield Hallam University
campus for BAM Construction.
Works will commence in the New
Year with Block B/C. This circa £700k
package will continue into 2024,
consisting of complex oversail SFS
and shelf angle install. We are excited
to partner with a fellow key supplychain partner for BAM.
