BUXTON
CRESCENT
We are extremely proud to see Buxton
Crescent Health Spa Hotel getting the
recognition it deserves. Phoenix helped to
transform this significant Georgian
architectural building by providing remedial
packages for client VINCI Construction.
The historic building in Buxton was named
Refurbishment/ Revitalisation Project of the
Year at the 2022 Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors awards. The RICS
awards represent the very best-built
projects and celebrates inspirational
projects across the UK.
SKELTON LAKES SERVICES
It is great to see Skelton Lake Motorway Services Leeds, winning a National RTPI Award within
the Planning Excellence for the Natural Environment category! Congratulations to all those
involved in the creation of Skelton Lakes Motorway Services. A further thank you to the Royal
Town Planning Institute for recognising this scheme in the 2022 awards.
