It is with immense pleasure to announce
that the safety standards at Phoenix
Brickwork/
Drywall/
Scaffold
have
continued to improve over the last 12
months. There has been a reduction in
work-related accidents of more than 26%
throughout the business compared to that
of the previous year.
As you are aware, we have now
implemented our new QR coded Near Miss
reporting initiative. This gives all employees
the opportunity to report any near miss, as
and when they happen, on any Phoenix
operational site or office location.
Making reporting simpler will inspire
everyone to become more engaged with
Health and Safety and reporting a near
miss. This is a positive step and must be
encouraged.
The information gathered from these reports
will enable management to identify hazards
and take a proactive approach whilst planning
upcoming tasks. In turn, reducing our accident
rate even further towards our goal of
becoming accident-free.
On behalf of myself and Kayleigh, we would
like to thank everyone for embracing the newly
implemented systems and procedures.
Furthermore, your commitment to ensuring
that you continue to take responsibility for your
health, safety and wellbeing as well as your
colleagues has been recognised.
It is with the upmost importance that we
continue to maintain a positive Health and
Safety culture throughout the Phoenix Group
