Through the cost of living crisis, Phoenix wanted to support employees
by offering financial support and relief with the run up to Christmas.
Perkbox is a global benefits and rewards platform that allows companies
to care for, connect with and celebrate their employees.
The Perkbox app went live on 1st December 2022. So far
we have had some great feedback. 180 Flexi points have
been awarded and 45% discount vouchers have been
claimed.

“I have not had the chance to use any of the discounts yet, but managed to use this months
Flexipoints provided by Phoenix on a Greggs sausage roll, which has covered the BIK tax
already. I also had a scan through the free fitness videos available via the app – not done any
yet will save that for the New Year ????”
