PHOENIX SHORTLISTED IN
2022 BRICK AWARDS!
We are super proud and honoured to be
shortlisted in not one, but TWO categories at this
year’s Brick Development Association (BDA) Brick
Awards!
Phoenix have been shortlisted within Large
Housing Development for our project at Mustard
Wharf in Leeds for client Sir Robert McAlpine and
Specialist Brickwork Contractor for two schemes,
firstly St Marks Student Accommodation in Lincoln,
for Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd at University of
Lincoln and secondly the BCU Steamhouse
building for Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd and
University of Birmingham.
We couldn’t be happier to have
these schemes acknowledged by
experts in our industry. We are
looking forward to the Awards
ceremony in November when the
winners will be announced …
fingers crossed we may return
with an Award!
