HEALTH & SAFETY
Due to the current climate a safety consultation with the operatives on site was needed. The Safety Team
raised discussions on the PPE we provide, and the feedback was informative. Operatives think Phoenix
are great when it comes to PPE packs, and feel we go above and beyond to provide all with good quality
PPE, thank you team!
Due to the weather changing dramatically these
discussions on site became a reality when the
Procurement team acted fast and sourced our
operatives with new breathable and lightweight
Climacool t-shirts. As you all know some sites are
having to wear full long-sleeved tops and it’s been very
difficult on them in the last few weeks. To help make life
at work more comfortable we knew we had to act fast.
We can now proudly say we provide these tops which
can be purchased from our Procurement team. We
wanted to thank all the operatives on site for their
feedback and for working so hard in tropical weather!
and to our procurement team on being very proactive.
In the last couple of Months our Teams have
been working hard and scooped some welldeserved awards these range from Health &
Safety Awards to Manager or Operative of the
month. Well done to the following teams.
