Our BMH Scaffolding Team
have started on-site this month
at Hemisphere Apartments in
Birmingham.
We are proud to be working
on this project with valued
repeat client Willmott Dixon.
This is a 70-week program
providing
double-width
scaffold to the full perimeter
and courtyard. We are looking
forward to seeing this project
take shape!
Phoenix are pleased to partner with
new client Glencar. This circa £400k
Drywall package consists of careful
strip-out works of existing Suspended
Ceilings; formation of new Office &
Hub
workspaces
through
Acoustic/Fire Rated partitions &
Suspended Ceilings systems.
Works have now commenced on site
and we will be pleased to showcase
our capabilities with a new client over
the coming months.
Once again Phoenix partner with
@Kier Construction as choice
subcontractor to deliver the SFS
package at the new Bakewell
Integrated Health Hub. Our approved
@voestalpine Metsec plc approved
installer status, reliable knowledge &
consistent successful delivery of SFS
schemes for Kier and many of our
clients has once again proven in
securing this scheme. SFS will start
late August on the Derbyshire Dales
project providing new spaces for an
East Midlands Ambulance Service
hub on the ground floor, waiting areas
& accessible amenities. On the
second floor, there will be ten
consultation rooms and four treatment
rooms as well as a children’s area,
group room, office space, large
waiting area, baby feeding/changing
rooms, toilets & reception.
