WINNING WORK
We were delighted to announce
another project win for Phoenix
with client Integrated Health
Projects (IHP), an alliance between
Sir Robert McAlpine and VINCI
Building UK! The two new 54-bed
mental health hospital units are
being built at the Kingsway
Hospital in Derby and in the
grounds of Chesterfield Royal
Hospital.
Our team are providing the
Brickwork packages for both sites.
As well as our BMH Scaffolding
team, who will be providing all
scaffolding requirements at Derby
Hospital. These packages
combined are valued at £5 million
for Phoenix and they are great
projects to be a part of!
This fantastic project is set to
complete in 2024 for the acute
facilities and 2025 for the
Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit.
Phoenix are delighted to have started work on another new project for Winvic Construction
Ltd on New Garden Square in Birmingham. Our BMH Scaffolding team are providing all
scaffold requirements for this project and are off to a great start! The scheme will provide
392 new state-of-the-art homes, a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, and best-in-class
amenity spaces. The modern design reflects and complements its historic setting.
