APPRENTICES
In February it was National
Apprenticeship Week 2023 and
Phoenix were delighted to be
showing our support. The theme
for National Apprenticeship Week
this year was ‘Skills for Life’. An
Apprenticeship can help to
develop skills and knowledge
which will ensure a successful
career, that will help set individuals
up for life.
In celebrating our #teamPhoenix Apprentices, we had a catch-up with Ben Allen, one of our
BMH Scaffolding Apprentices. Ben shared:
"I am really enjoying my Apprenticeship as a Scaffolder and hopefully will advance further to
become a fully qualified Scaffolder. I am excited about my future and would love to eventually
run jobs of my own. One thing that has surprised me is how much you can learn within the
Construction Industry given the opportunity. I would like to thank Phoenix and BMH Scaffolding
for giving me such an opportunity."
We are proud of all our Apprentices and would like to say well done and thank you for your
efforts and hard work!
