THE STAFF
A caring and competent team of
Student Development staff gives care
to the students and oversight to the
dorm program. Within each dorm,
there are multiple leadership layers in
place to support, mentor, disciple, and
care for the high school students in the
dorm. A residence director (RD)
provides a mature and pastoral
presence in the dorm and oversees the
residence assistants (RAs) and “livers.”
RAs are college students who live in
the high school dorm whose role is
similar to being a youth leader.
“Livers” are also college students who
live in the dorm who take on a big
brother/sister role with the high school
students.
