We have currently partnered with Pertemps
Insourcing for a 6-month contract to provide
Radiology Insourcing. They are running a Trust CT
scanner for us at weekends and a Trust MRI
scanner for us 3 days a week which is working
well to reduce our waiting list. We have had
several meetings with the team to ensure all our
needs are met and the whole service has been
managed incredibly professionally and well led.
From the moment we started conversations with
Pertemps to work out a contract and implementation
plan to see our ESNEFT patients waiting for an ADOS
assessment and feedback, it has been a delight. They have
been very responsive and accommodating to make sure
that the process could run as smoothly as possible,
ensuring that data governance was adhered to and have
supplied us with experienced, approachable, flexible and
competent clinicians which has given our patients the
best service that we could offer. We are a few months in
and are very happy that we have not received any
complaints to date. We are also happy with their
competitive pricing and have found them to be very
professional and are so pleased to work with a team that
has made the process run as smoothly as it has. We are so
pleased that our backlogs have already started to reduce
and are very confident to continue working with them.
