Q: In your opinion, what is the most
important role people managers
have to play?
Q: How do you see TIO integrating
into the role of a manager?
A: You deone, reone and embody
the culture of the company.
You are the experience for many
of our colleagues.
A: Use TIO to become self-aware,
to prepare to deliver well and to
follow up well with the right kind of
objectives and project plans. That way
I think each of us will get the very best
out of TIO.
A good manager in Thomas
is somebody that has all the
questions, not all the answers.
Q: Tell us 3 ways you have used TIO
to support you as a manager.
Q: What do you expect from
people managers?
A: It9s really useful orst and foremost
for me to check myself and make sure
that I9m as respectful as possible with
my direct reports.
A: There are qualities that I9d love
to see resplendent in the Thomas
management arena. First and
foremost, I9d love us all to be as
empathetic as possible. That means
being respectful, open, curious, kind
and assume positive intent wherever
we can.
