the list
Performance coaching is a systematic and goal-oriented approach
to helping individuals or teams improve their skills, achieve their
objectives, and maximise their potential in various areas of life

It involves a structured and collaborative process in which the coach
works with the individual to identify their strengths, limitations, goals,
and areas for improvement. It helps them develop strategies and
action plans to enhance their performance and reach their
desired outcomes.
