on the problem within your perspective but also ‘get out of the box’ to talk to the other person who is feeling the
opposite way that you’re feeling so that you can solve the conflict together.

INSIDE-OUT TRANSFORMATION
To solve the most difficult problems in my life, I first look inward.
PeacePlayers’ greatest demonstration of Inside-Out Transformation is our commitment to DEI
(diversity, equity, and inclusion) in all aspects of our work. We have deepened our collaboration
with VISIONS to create an environment that supports the mental health of our employees and
the youth we engage daily. We have developed a multi-step process that addresses the impacts of
trauma and working with traumatized people, including strategies for trauma-informed self care
and problem solving around these issues.
