Recommended initial cleaning and maintenance guide for
glazed ceramic floor and wall tiles
Initial cleaning guide: Use a phosphoric
acid cleaning detergent in order to
remove grout haze from installation
General maintenance for ceramic floors
•
Product: Fila Cleaner Pro (neutral cleaning
detergent) or similar
•
Product: Fila Deterdek Pro or similar
•
Coverage: approx. 40 mt per 1 ltr
•
Coverage: approx. 1500 mt per 1 ltr
•
Guidance: dilution required: 1-5 apply over the
surface and leave to act for 5 minutes, then
clean with suitable nylon pads and remove the
dirty solution with the use of a proprietary tile
sponge and clean water. (Do not use on acid
sensitive surfaces) Fila Deterdek Pro (or similar)
does not damage profiles and elements in
aluminium and metal.

Guidance: dilution required 1-200, (25ml into
5 litres of clean water) mop the dilution over
the surface to clean the floor area remove any
excess and leave to dry, can be used inside
scrubber drier for larger areas to be cleaned.
General maintenance guide for
ceramic walls
•
Product: Fila Brio or similar
•
Guidance: spray over the surface of the walls
about 30cm away, with a clean cloth wipe off
until the surface is dry.
Extra ordinary maintenance (periodic
cleaning for ceramic floors)
•
Product: Ps87 or similar
•
Coverage: approx. 200 mtr per 1 ltr
•
Guidance: dilution required: 1.20 apply dilution
over the floor area and leave for a minimum of
5 minutes, then clean over the surface with
suitable pad and rinse well with clean water
after vac up excess, then revert back to general
maintenance guide.
