Recommended initial cleaning and maintenance guide
for porcelain tiles matt / textured
Initial cleaning guide: Use a phosphoric
acid cleaning detergent in order to
remove grout haze from installation
Extra ordinary maintenance (periodic
cleaning)

Product: Fila Deterdek Pro or similar
•
Product: Ps87 Pro or similar
•
Coverage: approx. 40 mtr per 1 ltr
•
Coverage: approx. 200 mt per 1 ltr
•
Guidance: dilution required: 1-5 apply over the
surface and leave to act for 5 minutes, then
clean with nylon pads. It is essential to remove
any dirty water from the tile surface. Small
areas can adopt the 2 bucket/ mop process
whereby the dirty water is captured separately
from the clean rinse water. On larger floor areas
we suggest using a proprietary scrub and vac
machine with a suitable rotary cleaning pad.
(Do not use on acid sensitive surfaces) Fila
Deterdek Pro (or similar) does not damage
profiles and elements in aluminium and metal.

Guidance: dilution required: 1.20 apply dilution
over the floor area and leave for a minimum of
5 minutes, then clean over the surface with
suitable pad and rinse well with clean water
after vac up excess, then revert back to general
maintenance guide.
General maintenance guide for floors
•
Product: Fila Cleaner Pro or similar
•
Coverage: approx. 1500 mtrs per 1 ltr
•
Guidance: dilution required 1-200, mop the
dilution over the surface to clean the floor
area remove any excess and leave to dry, can
be used inside scrubber drier for larger areas
to be cleaned.
