on the head and ears.
7. Slide earmuff cups up or down, until
a comfortable fit is achieved, and
ears are fully enclosed.

Adjust the length of the headband strap
between the earcups so the earmuff fits
well on top of the head. Place earcups
over ears and make sure they fit snuggly
to ensure equal pressure all round for
comfort and max protection.
