ABSORBENT PILLOWS
GENERAL PURPOSE | OIL & FUEL ONLY | HAZCHEM
ABSORBENT PILLOWS ARE USED TO CONTAIN LEAKS AND CONSTANT DRIPS THAT ARE TOO LARGE FOR AN
ABSORBENT PAD.
Pillows absorb large quantities of spilled fluids, shortening your spill response time. Pillows are ideal for tight spaces
under leaky equipment and drums. Our full line of pillows all have a strong, lint-free spun bond outer layer and contain
quality 100% polypropylene fill.
General Purpose Pillows are offered in grey. Oil and Fuel
Only Pillows are available in white. Hazardous material
spills should be tackled with our yellow Hazchem
Pillows.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
STEP 1: Place booms around spill to prevent further
spread.
STEP 2: Overlap boom by 5cm to eliminate gaps. For
uneven surfaces, step on sock to ensure seal.
STEP 3: Use pillows to absorb collected liquid or to
plug drains.

hydrocarbon liquids such as
fuel, petrol, diesel, oil, solvents.
Additionally, they are designed to
repel water making them ideal for oil
& fuel spill recovery on either land or
water. For general industry and nonindustry applications.
Hazchem Pillow colour coded yellow
for hazchem liquid spill absorption.
Designed for acids, alkalis, coolants,
paints and oils and fuels and are made
from inert material which will not
react with any absorbed liquids. For
general industry and non-industry
applications.
