5. ANTI SCALD/ANTI FREEZE VALVES
All emergency shower and eyewash units
equipment identification and compliance to
AS4775 and AS1319.

Anti scald or Anti-freeze valves will automatically
open when the flushing fluid reaches the pre-set
opening temperature. When the fluid temperature
changes to the pre-set closing temperature, the
valve then closes.
ALARM KITS
EMERGENCY SHOWERS & EYE WASH
Alarm kits provide an effective means of warning
other employees that the shower and/or eyewash
station is in use and to render urgent assistance.

6. CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENTS
Products are manufactured in 304 stainless steel
as standard, with 316 stainless steel available
as an option. To provide extra protection powder
coating is available where emergency systems
are installed in areas where chemicals are used or
stored and in areas of high salinity.

Custom colour options available.
AS4775 requires the location of emergency eyewash
and shower equipment to be well illuminated.
YELLOW
Green fluorescent lighting assists to identify the
location of emergency equipment. Installation
options on the shower or wall.

Thermal insulation of the safety shower from the
effects of solar heating, help minimise the water
temperature of stored water within the shower.
