All exhalation valves make a difference in lowering
breathing resistance and improving comfort, but
some offer higher performance than others. The JSP
Typhoon™ valve is designed to ensure air can easily
escape through the valve, to provide extremely low
breathing resistance for enhanced comfort during
wear.

When the diaphragm opens, exhaled
air that would normally be trapped under
the upper section of the valve cover and
obstruct further exhalation, can escape through
the additional overflow vents, and assure unrivalled low
breathing resistance. The diaphragm is made from silicone,
ensuring it is not affected by moisture and can therefore be used
with the same high performance under very low temperatures.
