Heritage Le Château is one of the

Hajee Jackaria Hajee Ahmed, this jewel
saw the light of day in the 19th century
while the island was still under British rule.
Physical traces and memories of this era,
bearing testimony to its history, form part
of the character of the Château.
This building has seen centuries, yet never
loses its unique British-Indian elegance.
True to its historic past, Heritage Le
Château was restored and had its gardens
refurbished in 2017. Today, the Château
is considered one of the best restaurants
in Mauritius.
This is a lavish invitation to discover a
refined cuisine based on local produce,
and orchestrated by the Michelin-starred
chef, David Toutain. To further enhance
the flavours, restaurant-goers can choose
from over 300 wine references that are no
secret to the passionate sommeliers.
