Welcome to Paper Technology International
We are delighted to introduce to you, the first edition of Paper Technology International.
In tandem with our unique online platform, www.papertechnologyinternational.com , Paper
Technology International brings together an enviable collection of our industry’s finest minds, offering
fascinating insight into the never-ending pursuit of excellence across the pulp, paper, board, and tissue
manufacturing sectors.
We do hope that you will find the articles presented to be both interesting and thought provoking,
and I extend my sincere thanks to all our authors, who have generously shared their wide-ranging
knowledge and expertise for the benefit of our readership across the world.
At Paper Technology International, we are passionate about sustainability. It is therefore no
coincidence that many of the articles in this edition have focus, or touch on this subject of paramount
importance.
Driven by today’s increased consumer awareness of environmental issues, and ever-growing sense
of personal responsibility, our industry is making great strides towards a circular economy, something we all
owe to future generations.
