W
e are committed to making
sure we provide a safe & fun
environment for all players at the
club. To make sure we prioritise
the safety and enjoyment of
our youth players, we have
a dedicated safeguarding
team who ensure coaches
receive appropriate training
and development in relation to
safeguarding, write the club’s
safeguarding policies and ensure
our approach to safeguarding is
regularly reviewed by the Club
Executive. The safeguarding
team are frequently available at
the club while youth teams are
training, and regularly meet with
coaches to review how things are
going and whether there are any
concerns. The safeguarding team
also work closely with the Sussex
RFU Safeguarding lead to ensure
any concerns are addressed
swiftly and appropriately.
All our policies are available
on our website, including our
safeguarding policy, anti-bullying
policy and code of conduct which
sets out expected behaviours for
all club members.
If you have any concerns
regarding any aspects within
the club please reach out to our
safeguarding team in the 昀椀rst
instance.
