and are actively being a part of
and its development. I want to
walk round the club and hear
people engaged in conversations
not just about their section but
the club as a whole and how
they might want to be involved
with it and its sections or how
excited they are to hear of the
senior men’s and women’s teams
results. Success is seeing the club
bustling and buzzing with activity
with new people coming to the
club as well as returning people.
Success is putting out teams for
all possible sections and playing
with our shared values as a club
as well as the RFU’s. With all of
this then comes success on
the pitch. Success on the pitch
for the senior men’s team for
me this year is solidifying in the
Counties 3 and playing within
our new system with continuous
player development and the
heart of it all. Do I believe we
can achieve more than this,
ABSOLUTELY! This is a very
special group of players I am
blessed to have been given the
opportunity to guide and I do
truly believe the sky is the limit
for them all. I fully expect them
to keep raising their benchmarks
throughout the season so who
knows what we’ll achieve. I for
one certainly cannot wait to see
what that is!
