In the sixth video of our series, Old Ground Is Made New, we capture the powerful moment when
the project transitions from planning to action. This marks the beginning of a new chapter as the
site comes alive with activity and the vision starts to take form. We proudly introduce the project’s
skilled and talented general contractor and key members of the construction team, whose expertise
will guide this critical stage of transformation. Tractors and heavy equipment begin the careful
demolition of the existing pool, paving the way for its rebirth into something extraordinary. Grading
and earthmoving machines churn through the ancient, decomposed granite soils, compacting them
to create a strong, enduring foundation for what lies ahead. This phase not only sets the stage for
the physical construction and is a testament to the resilience of the land, the strength of the vision,
