It is estimated that $17 trillion in funding will be deployed between now and 2030. With a barrage of new climate-related investment opportunities, some charismatic corners of the market
are getting very crowded, while others that are vitally important
get overlooked. To effectively mobilize capital for the highest
good, the Climate Solutions Opportunity Map (CSOM), a joint
effort between One Earth and Vibrant Data Labs, will present all
the data in a visually accessible online dashboard and provide a
learning journey for non-pro昀椀t and pro昀椀t investors, and many
other shareholders on the latest science and decision-making
strategies available.
Central to the CSOM is the One Earth’s Solutions Framework,
which indexes 76 solution pathways based on peer-reviewed
scienti昀椀c literature organized across three pillars of collective
action—energy transition, Nature conservation, and regenerative agriculture. The framework unites individuals and
institutions around a roadmap to avert ecological, social, and
economic disaster with currently available solutions.
