Peoria Next Innovation Center
Do you love study groups? Are there topics
you would like to explore or explore again?
Study groups need FACILITATORS. More
importantly, study groups need NEW
FACILITATORS. You are invited to join a
few of our frequent OLLI facilitators for an
interactive and engaging exploration of group
facilitation and its dynamics. We’ll go over
the nuts and bolts of planning a group, how
to ask well-crafted questions, and how to deal
with disagreements. You’ll also learn how to
engage members in the group and address
any other questions or concerns you may
have. For this session, be prepared to relax,
re昀氀ect, and have fun. While designed for OLLI
study group facilitators, the content for this
study group is also applicable to anyone who
leads groups (or wants to lead groups in the
not-so-distant future).
Free! Facilitated by frequent facilitators Jane
