COMPETITIVE EDGE PROGRAM
In July 2023, a second cohort—21 young men and women all from underrepresented
communities in the San Diego region—graduated from the Competitive Edge Program.
The program stems from collaboration between SDG&E, the County of San Diego Black
Chamber of Commerce and Jingoli Power, a company that specializes in providing
professional services to the power industry.
