DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAM
ACTIVITIES DURING THE PREVIOUS CALENDAR YEAR
SDG&E Prime Subcontracting Portal Upgrade Project
Our Supplier Diversity Team continues to make improvements to our subcontracting portal. With a more user-friendly interface, it’s
now easier for primes to enter their diverse spend with subcontractors, resulting in more timely reporting performance feedback.
Additionally, we held a technical training session for primes to teach them how to use the platform.
Supplier Quick Pay Program
Our program is designed to help small and diverse businesses with improved cash flows to run and expand their operations.
Qualifying businesses with 25 or fewer employees and under $5 million in revenue receive payment terms of net 15 days with
no discount.
Supplier Interest Form
In 2023, we launched a supplier interest form on sdge.com/SupplierDiversity for companies to submit their information and
capabilities. With the information we collect from the form, we assess whether a supplier is a good fit to meet our needs. We are
always looking for new and diverse suppliers who can help support our mission and our customers.
