Our Supplier Diversity Program is a catalyst for inclusive economic growth and
job creation, helping to uplift local communities that are underrepresented in the
energy sector. As much as possible, we strive to source products and services locally
to meet our customers’ needs. We take tremendous pride in helping to develop the
capabilities of local, diverse suppliers so they can grow into primes and share in our
region’s economic prosperity.

Our 2023 spend with diverse businesses reached $450.60 million in San Diego
County and $950.77 million in the state of California. Last year, we did business with
approximately 2,200 suppliers overall. Of this number, a third, or about 600, are
diverse suppliers.
