exceptions the Act of God the Queen's Enemies Restraint of Princes or Rulers Pirates or Robbers by Sea or Land Accidents
Leakage Breakage Rust Sweat or Decay Deterioration Insufficiency of Package Torn or Soiled battings Wrappers or Bags Broken
Cords Hoops Tea Chests Packages Glass Articles contained in Glass or Articles of Fragile or Perishable Nature Illegible Marks or
for Deterioration Loss and Damage from Vermin Jettison Barratry Collision Fire Machinery Boilers Steam and all the Perils
Dangers and Accidents of the Seas Rivers Land Carriage and Steam Navigation of whatever nature and kind soever whether afloat
or on shore and accidents loss or damage done from any act neglect or default whatsoever of the Pilot Master or Mariners or other
Servants of the Company in navigating the Ship or under any other circumstances or from any deviation or unavoidable detention CC,.
or delay with liberty to sail with or without l'ilots and tow and assist Vessels in all situations and circumstances and to call at

any Port or Ports without being deemed a deviation and for the Company at any time or times before or during the Voyage to
tranship the said Goods into any other Steamer of the Company and for that purpose and until a Steamer is ready to carry on the
said Goods to land and store the same either on shore or afloat such transhipment and storing being at the Company's expense
but at the Merchant's risk. The Company not to be responsible for loss of or damage to any Parcel or Package exceeding the sum
of £2 sterling in value, unless booked with the value stated and paid for accordingly, nor for Goods after been landed from their "
Steamer. The Goods to be taken from the Ship by the Consignees immediately after arrival and the Company will not be responsible for Loss or Damage to Cargo after discharge from Ship's tackles or the same will be transhipped into Lighters or landed and
warehoused, at the expense and risk of the Owners of the same.
