RE. CAPITOL THEATRE TAMWORTH

I acknowledge receipt of your
letter of the 8th inst. and have to advise that
my Architects cannot offer me suggestions for
increased exit space except at a prohibitive
ccst.
I have decided on the erection
of another Theatre at Tamworth plans and specifications
for which will shortly be submitted for your approval.
It is estimated that the tine of completion will
be approximately eight months r and I beg to request
tat alteration of the existing seating in the Dress
Circle of the Capitol Theatre be deferred for 4.:(
period when I will remove such seats as may be
required.
