CHILDREN (DETENTION CENTRES) AMENDMENT BILL, 1988.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Children
(Detention Centres) Amendment Bill, 1988, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 88-108, dated 30th May, 1988,
submitted by the Minister for Family and Community
Services, in relation to this matter.
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION BILL, 1988.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Bill, 1988, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
88-110 dated 30th May, 1988, submitted by the Premier,
in relation to this matter.
Cabinet also decided to establish a Committee to review
submissions with the following membership

AMENDMENT BILL, 1988 AND COGNATE BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Public
Hospitals (Visiting Practitioners) Amendment Bill, 1988,
as summarised in Cabinet Minute 88-111 dated 30th May,
1988, submitted by the Minister for Health, in relation
to this matter, subject to any minor amendments that
might be made by agreement with the Australian Medical
Association and Orthopaedic Surgeons which are to be
reported by the Minister for Health at the next meeting
of Cabinet.
FILM INDUSTRY BILL, 1988.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Film
Industry Bill, 1988, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
88-105 dated 27th May, 1988, submitted by the Minister
for Arts in relation to this matter.
