HOME CARE SERVICE BILL, 1988.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Home Care
Service Bill, 1988, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
88-82, dated 19th May, 1988, submitted by the Minister
for Family and Community Services in relation to this
matter.

CHILDREN (CARE AND PROTECTION) AMENDMENT BILL, 1988.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Children
(Care and Protection) Amendment Bill, 1988, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 88-81, dated 19th May,
1988, submitted by the Minister for Family and Community
Services in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO VALIDATE RESUMPTION VOID FOR
LACK OF SUFFICIENT PURPOSE.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 88-74, dated 17th May, 1988, submitted by
the Minister for Housing in relation to this matter.

The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE STATE DRUG CRIME COMMISSION
ACT, 1985.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 88-70, dated 17th May, 1988, submitted by
the Minister for Police and Emergency Services in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Police and Emergency Services is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
