EVIDENCE (CROWN PRIVILEGE) AMENDMENT BILL 1988.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Evidence
(Crown Privilege) Amendment Bill 1988, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 88-22, dated 21st April, 1988, submitted
by the Attorney General in relation to this matter.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT,
1983, TO PROVIDE FOR THE OPERATION OF WORKING ACCOUNTS
BY DEPARTMENTS IN REPSECT OF CERTAIN SERVICES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 88-19, dated 19th April, 1988, submitted
by the Treasurer in relation to this matter, including
the preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SUPREME COURT ACT 1970 AND OTHER
LEGISLATION PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF JUDICIAL
OFFICERS.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute 38-15, dated 14th April, 1988, submitted
by the Attorney General in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE WILLS, PROBATE AND
ADMINISTRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1988.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 88-21, dated 15th April, 1988, submitted
by the Attorney General in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
