give effect to Cabinet's decision.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE LAND AND ENVIRONMENT
COURT ACT 1979.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 139-87 dated 24th April, 1987,
submitted by the Attorney General in relation to
this matter, including the preparation of the
necessary legislation.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE CRIMES ACT 1900 IN
RELATION TO CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 136-87 dated
27th April, 1987, submitted by the Attorney General
in relation to this matter, was deferred for one
week.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO AMEND THE WESTERN LANDS
ACT, 1901, TO IDENTIFY THEBASIS FOR RENTAL
DETERMINATION ON CERTAIN LEASES.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 137-87 dated
24th April, 1987, submitted by the Minister for
Lands in relation to this matter, was deferred.
