AMENDMENTS TO THE TEACHER HOUSING AUTHORITY ACT,
1975.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 385-86 dated 15th December,
1986, submitted by the Minister for Education in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Education is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
REPORT TO CABINET ON THE DARLING HARBOUR HOTEL
CASINO PROJECT.
Cabinet noted the information contained in the Report
on the Darling Harbour Hotel/Casino Project dated
22nd January, 1987, submitted by the Treasurer in
relation to this matter.
APPLICATIONS FOR COMPENSATION FOLLOWING THE INQUIRY
HELD UNDER S.475 OF THE CRIMES ACT, 1900.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 4-87 dated 19th
January, 1987, submitted by the Attorney General in
relation to this matter, was deferred to a date to be
decided.
A STATEMENT OF THE CORPORATE PURPOSE AND GOALS FOR
THE NEW SOUTH WALES PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 8-87 dated 22nd January, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Education in relation
to this matter.
The Minister for Education is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE PACKAGING OF CERTAIN
WINE COOLER PRODUCTS.
Cabinet noted the information contained in Cabinet
Minute No. 7-87 dated 22nd January, 1987, submitted
by the Minister for Health, and the Drug Offensive,
in relation to this matter.
