APPOINTMENT OF CROWN ADVOCATE.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to
the Governor-in-Council that Mr. Malcolm Forgan
Gray, Q.C., be appointed as Crown Advocate as
proposed in Cabinet Minute No. 149-87 dated 4th May,
1987, submitted by the Attorney General in relation
to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination.
MOTOR TRAFFIC (STAYSAFE) AMENDMENT BILL 1987 _ COGNATE WITH THE TRANSPORT (STAYSAFE) AMENDMENT
BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Motor
Traffic (Staysafe) Amendment Bill 1987 and Cognate
Bill, as summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 150-87
dated 4th May, 1987, submitted by the Deputy
Premier, and Minister for Transport in relation to
this matter.
NEXT CABINET MEETING.
Cabinet decided that a further meeting would he held
at Parliament House at 8.30 a.m. on Thursday, 14th
May, 1987.
