FISHERIES AND OYSTER FARMS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Fisheries and Oyster Farms (Amendment) Bill, 1987,
as summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 143-87 dated
30th April, 1987, submitted by the Minister for
Agriculture in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE PRISONS ACT, 1952 AND
PROBATION AND PAROLE ACT, 1983.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 146-87 dated 1st May, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Corrective Services in
relation to this matter, including the preparation
of the necessary legislation.
The Minister for Corrective Services is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
BUSINESS FRANCHISE LICENCES (PETROLEUM PRODUCTS)
BILL 1987 AND BUSINESS FRANCHISE LICENSES (TOBACCO)
BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Business
Franchise Licences (Petroleum Products) Bill 1987
and Business Franchise Licenses (Tobacco) Bill 1987
as summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 141-87 dated
30th April, 1987, submitted by the Minister for
Finance in relation to this matter.
AMENDMENT TO THE DARLING HARBOUR AUTHORITY ACT.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 145-87 dated 1st May, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Public Works and Ports
in relation to this matter, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
The Minister for Public Works and Ports is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
