DARLING HARBOUR HOTEL CASINO ASSESSMENT PROCESS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 148-87 dated 4th May, 1987,
submitted by the Treasurer in relation to this
matter.
The Treasurer is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.
PROPOSED SYDNEY REGIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN
DUAL OCCUPANCY.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 76-87 dated 23rd March, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Planning and
Environment, and Heritage in relation to this
matter.
The Minister for Planning and Environment, and
Heritage, is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE COMMUNITY WELFARE
BILL 1987.
Approval was given to certain amendments to the
Community Welfare Bill 1987, presently in
Parliament, as proposed in the letter dated 29th
April, 1987, submitted by the Minister for Youth and
Community Services in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE NURSES REGISTRATION

Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 144-87 dated 27th April, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and the Drug
Offensive in relation to this matter, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
The Minister for Health, and the Drug Offensive is
to take the necessary action to give effect to
Cabinet's decision.
